What we collect
Only what we need. When you use a form, book, or order, we collect your name, email, phone (if given), and the details of your request. Payment card data is entered directly into Stripe - we never receive or store it. We do not track you across the web.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, deliver the service you asked for, take payment, and keep records for our own accounting. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
How we protect it
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/HSTS). It is stored in a managed database with row-level security and a service key that stays on the server. The admin area is behind a signed, expiring gate. Card data is handled entirely by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1).
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email us and we will act on your request promptly. If you are in the EU/UK, these align with your GDPR rights.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that make the site work: Stripe (payments), Supabase (secure data storage), and email delivery. Each processes data only to provide their service. A consent-gated Google Map is the only optional third-party embed.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry, booking, and order records only as long as needed to serve you and meet legal and accounting obligations, then remove them. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
