Who we are

InVision Network provides web, design, and AI services from Kettering, Ohio.

What we collect

We process the information you submit through forms, including your email, message, and any name, phone number, business details, or service preferences you choose to provide. Booking and payment flows also process information needed for the transaction. AI tools process the messages you submit. Hosting, security, and abuse-prevention services process connection information such as IP addresses. Optional analytics can measure visits to public marketing pages after your consent.

Why we collect it

To reply to your request, provide and improve our services, process bookings and payments, send updates only when you opt in, keep our site secure, and meet our legal obligations.

How we use it

We respond to enquiries, arrange requested services, and send newsletters when you explicitly opt in. Automated contact checks help detect abuse and invalid details. AI-assisted tools may classify enquiries, prioritize follow-up, and generate responses. A booking assistant is an AI service, not a human concierge. Please contact us if you want to discuss a response or request human assistance.

The assistant

Messages and relevant enquiry information may be sent to AI service providers to generate replies or assist with enquiry handling. The application supports Anthropic and NVIDIA providers depending on configuration. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, government ID numbers, or sensitive personal information. We do not promise that chat content is never stored or that AI output is always correct.

Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies and browser storage support secure sessions and your preferences. When configured, Google Analytics is optional and loads after you choose “Allow analytics”. A Google Map loads separately only after you choose “Load map”; loading a map does not grant analytics permission. Use “Cookie preferences” in the footer to change your choice. External resources such as Google-hosted fonts can send connection information without setting cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Sharing

Service providers support site hosting, storage, security, communications, payments, and AI functionality. The application uses Supabase for records, Resend for email, Stripe for payments, and configured AI providers for AI-assisted features. Google receives information when optional analytics or maps are enabled, and when Google-hosted font resources are requested. Information may also need to be disclosed where required by applicable law.

Payments

Card payments are handled by Stripe. We do not see or store full card numbers.

How long we keep it

Retention depends on the type of information and the purpose for which it is used, including handling your enquiry, providing services, maintaining transaction records, and meeting legal or accounting requirements. Deletion requests may be subject to those requirements. Contact us to ask about retention or deletion of your information; we do not promise that every record can be erased immediately.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to: see the personal information we hold about you, get a copy of it in a portable format, correct anything inaccurate, delete it, restrict or object to certain uses, and unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

To make a request, email hello@invisionnetwork.org with the subject line "Data Request" and tell us what you would like (access, a copy, correction, or deletion). We may need to confirm your identity before we act, so that no one can request your information but you. We handle requests and any permitted extensions under the privacy laws that apply to the request. We may need information to verify your identity or clarify the request, and some records may need to be retained for legal obligations. You can also start an access or deletion request in our Privacy Center.

If you are covered by a specific privacy law, such as the EU/UK GDPR or the California CCPA/CPRA, those rights apply to you as written in that law, including, where applicable, the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

Children's privacy

An adult should submit enquiries and bookings. Please do not submit children’s personal information through general enquiry forms or AI chat. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review it and take appropriate steps.

Our site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, so please review their policies.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version posted here, with its "last updated" date, is the current one.
