Who we are

InVision Network, a web, design, and AI company based in Kettering, Ohio. We are responsible for the information you share with us.

What we collect

The details you send through our forms, such as your name, email, phone, business, and your message; booking and payment details you provide to complete a purchase; and anything you type into the assistant. When you submit a form, we also keep a secure backup record that includes the page you came from and your IP address, which helps us prevent spam and abuse. If we turn on website analytics, it collects basic, mostly anonymous information such as pages viewed and general device type.

Why we collect it

To reply to your request, provide and improve our services, process bookings and payments, send updates only when you opt in, keep our site secure, and meet our legal obligations.

How we use it

We contact you about your request, deliver the service, and send the newsletter only when you opt in. We do not use your information to make automated decisions that affect you.

The assistant

Please do not paste passwords, full card numbers, or government ID numbers into the assistant. We use the text only to return a result and to improve the service, so remove sensitive details before sending.

Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of cookies and similar local-storage tools to run the site and remember basic choices, such as dismissing a banner. Some pages embed third-party content, like the Google Map on our contact page, which may set its own cookies that we do not control. If we add website analytics in the future, we will update this policy first. You can control or block cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the trusted providers that run our service, such as payment, email, and hosting providers, and only as needed, or where the law requires it.

Payments

Card payments are handled by Stripe. We do not see or store full card numbers.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, to meet legal and accounting requirements, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your choices and rights

You have the right to ask us to: see the personal information we hold about you, get a copy of it in a portable format, correct anything inaccurate, delete it, restrict or object to certain uses, and unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

To make a request, email hello@invisionnetwork.org with the subject line "Data Request" and tell us what you would like (access, a copy, correction, or deletion). We may need to confirm your identity before we act, so that no one can request your information but you. We will respond as quickly as we can, and in any case within 30 days — or up to 45 days for more complex requests where the law allows, and we will tell you if we need the extra time. There is no charge for a reasonable request.

If you are covered by a specific privacy law, such as the EU/UK GDPR or the California CCPA/CPRA, those rights apply to you as written in that law, including, where applicable, the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

Children's privacy

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will remove it.

Other sites

Our site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, so please review their policies.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version posted here, with its "last updated" date, is the current one.
