Privacy & your data
Your information belongs to you. From this page you can see everything we hold about you, download a complete copy, fix anything that’s wrong, change how we may contact you, or ask us to delete it.

Enter the email you used with us. We’ll send a private link (valid 30 minutes) that opens your personal data page, viewing, downloading, and deleting all happen there. We never show personal data without this email verification.
Your rights, in plain words
- See it, a summary of every record connected to your email.
- Take it, download everything as JSON, CSV, and a readable summary, with checksums so you can verify nothing was altered.
- Fix it, reply to any of our emails or call (937) 749-7579 and we’ll correct inaccurate details.
- Limit it, turn marketing, analytics, and personalization on or off at any time.
- Delete it, request deletion with a 30-day grace period. You can cancel with one click until the deadline; after it, deletion is permanent and backups can never bring your data back.
What must stay, and why
A few records are kept even after deletion because the law requires it, mainly paid invoices (tax and accounting law, about 7 years) and security logs (fraud prevention, up to 2 years). Your deletion confirmation lists exactly what was retained and the reason. We will never tell you something is fully erased while quietly keeping a recoverable profile.
